Awareness

(Mindfulness, Alertness)

An alert (Self-)awareness is the basic prerequisite for all powerful actions and effective communications. Only when I know what I want, can I act and cooperate accordingly.
Once the thoughts have come to rest, answering the following five simple awareness-questions will in no time lead to internal and external clarity:

1.    What do you feel?
2.    What do you perceive?
3.    What do you want?
4.    What are you doing (right now)?
5.    What are you avoiding?

The more alert, awake and present someone is, the more quality will be found to be inherent in their thinking, speaking and acting.
